Casting my culinary arts is part of who I am.



The cooking gene goes back four generations in my family, to my great great grandmother - a Victorian Head Cook.

 

My mum taught me from a young age how to wield a frying pan with ease.

 

Working in an award winning vegetarian pub honed my skills and added to my creative repertoire. Mushroom made from aubergine anyone?!

 

Supervising a school kitchen taught me to make the most of what I have.

 

And running my own, online patisserie taught me that having passion for what you do is essential, along with hard work, love and laughter.

 

Being signed by a publisher to write my own recipe book was just about the most fun ever! Selling the French translation rights was the icing.

 

And next.... who knows!
